She continued her practice and earned her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate through Yoga Strong in Canton. Finding her grounding and center through yoga, she shares a healthy, uplifting, and rejuvenating practice on and off the mat. She leads a gentle to power vinyasa flow, while concentrating on breathing techniques, with a meditating savasana. Ryan Jenkins- Yoga Instructor

Ryan completed his 200 hour teaching certificate from Yoga Strong in Canton, Ohio and his 95 hour teaching certification through Holy Yoga. He has also completed his 500 hour teaching certificate with Tracy Rhinehart and the Yoga 108 school and is currently working on a second 500 hour certification through Holy Yoga. He is an R-HYI (Registered Holy Yoga Instructor) and is also an RYT with The Yoga Alliance.
Ryan started Yoga nearly 5 years ago as a means to combat health issues, but, as a Christian, he discovered that yoga can be one of many ways to connect to Jesus Christ. He now tries to use his teaching skills to share God’s word and to help others (especially men) to enjoy yoga without feeling like they are violating their personal and spiritual convictions.
Ryan tries to bring the best out of people through his teaching which consists of Baptiste vinyasa flow with an added focus on proper breathing and alignment. When he is not teaching, Ryan is spending time with his wife, Lisa and their four children. He also enjoys running, swimming, reading, and cycling.
